How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Perfect Family (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The design is sleek, and gold always looks great! The band is nice and adjustable and it has a great aesthetic look to it, while not being too big for her wrists.
I love this watch, it’s very low profile. Once adjusted it fits my skinny wrist perfectly. I would have liked the face to be slightly larger hence 4 stars. This is my first gold tone watch.
I just received this watch and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The band was easy to adjust and clasp on. I love how it looks, very elegant. I like how flat it is too, it doesn't seem like it will get in the way.
I'm a lawyer and I'm known to be highly critical of just about everything I buy, but this watch is certainly not one of them. It's just a beautiful piece of jewelry to look at. It's very comfortable and has held up very well. It's also very stylish, yet simple and very classy. I'm not a fan of designs that are too abstract, though I like colors that complement and are striking.
I purchased this watch after about 6 months of hunting for a new watch. I would describe my style as somewhere in between classic and minimalist, and this watch fits my feeds almost perfectly. I adore this watch, and the price was great. The clean lines and simplicity are really pretty. However, the petite strap doesn’t fit my tree-trunk wrists. So now I’m on the hunt for a watch band I can work with, hopefully in a similar color.
I lean towards minimalist type watches (and jewelry) and with the clean lines, simple design and thin, lightweight feel this watch is very attractive to me. A beautiful watch, light weight, sleek and snug. With the nice golden color, stainless steel band and blue face, she's a beauty for casual dress or formal. I had shopped in-store and on-line for a three-handed watch that I could clearly see. A second hand comes in handy. Seems simple but took me months and a lot of time to find this baby. I am in love, the color is just right, the size fits perfectly from the box, though I saw how simple resizing is. Size is not small but the watch sits on my wrist like it’s been there forever. It's pretty thin and oh the strap is so fine. I bought this watch as a replacement of my old watch and I am so happy with the craftsmanship and price. This watch is absolutely beautiful. First of all, the rose gold is subtly stunning and has an old world charm but the styling of the watch is fashion forward for today's look. I wear it on my left wrist and it compliments my wedding ring because the blue face of the watch pulls the two together. The watch is thin and not clunky - feels very feminine even though I have large hands for a 5'3'' height. Last, I was able to adjust the size in 5 minutes. No need to see a jeweler to achieve a perfect comfortable fit. I would definitely buy another watch here for their fine styling and accuracy of the timepiece.
