How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Perfect Family (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I just can't explain it, but ever since I traded in my Avalon for this Luxury SUV I've noticed an unusual amount of dust collecting on the dashboard. My vehicle is garaged and isn't driven on a daily basis. So, I purchased this Car Duster so as to win the dashboard dust battle. I'm winning, thanks to this handy Duster.
This is just what I wanted to keep the brand new interior of my auto dust free. I have a dark charcoal interior and, although I love it, it does show lint and crumbs very obviously. I love the long reach of the handle and I love that the fuzzy cloth picks up the dust instead of just moving it around. It keeps the interior looking like I just had it detailed.
Works great once it is ready. Seller says to ‘shake’ to disperse the initial manufacturing lint, but you would have to shake your arm off. Just remove the microfiber sock, wash and dry to remove all loose lint and then reassemble and use. Seller should mention this, as it is unusable out of the box and will seed lint everywhere.
The interior of my vehicle is black and shows every piece of dust. This car duster helps a lot with reaching places that are not easy to get to. My dash is deep and this allows me to keep it dusted and clean all the time with little effort. I use it on the seats and all over the interior including the rear/back dash area which is particularly hard for me to reach in my vehicle. I feel like this duster is worth every penny and works well.
I received the product on time. It works well and I use it to keep the inside of my car free of dust. I like how the dust remains on the wand and I just waive it outside the window to get rid of the dust. I am impressed with the product. The fact that it came with a cloth that also collects dust easily makes this order well worth the price. The case to keep the wand neatly inside the car is a deal breaker. I highly recommend this product because it works well, feels sturdy, and comes with a very good dust cloth.
I purchased this for a new truck with black interior. I read the concern some people had about the gray lint. I dealt with that by simply driving my truck and opening the window while holding the duster outside. I never did see any lint but it works very well to get rid of the small dust on the dash and vents of my truck. When I’m done with it I take it back in the small bag that came with it and slide it right behind the seat within arms reach. Good value, good duster and should make my black interior livable for years to come.
I’ve used the classic red California duster for the past 20 years, and needed a replacement duster for cleaning the interiors of our car. Purchased this microfiber duster on a whim and low cost, and I’m pleased with the performance so far. The ‘fingers’ do a good job of picking up dust and minimizing spreading dust around. One swipe pretty much picks up everything. I just bought a new car, so this is a solid tool to keep my interior looking brand new. Can’t speak for durability, but if this lasts any appreciable length of time, it will be well worth the few bucks spent on it. Recommended!
New car. Black interior. I was not used to all the visible dust... The best thing about the duster is that the microfiber fingers are on all sides. Perfect for getting into the space between the dash and the windshield. Also gets into the door side pockets with just a flick of the wrist. And easily cleans my greatest pet peeve: the crinkly leather around the stick shift. Because it has a drawstring cover, I hung it from a hook we attached to the passenger headrest. So within easy reach for a quick touch-up. It is made from the same material as my household dusting mitten, so it attracts without just spreading the dust around. The handle has finger grooves; comfortable and sturdy. I have not washed it yet, but did remove it from the handle, just to see how tricky it would be to put it back on. Tight fit, but doable. Excellent value, because of its 360 degree fingers!
