How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Perfect Family (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
For the price this is a good watch. Looks nice, seems well made. I'd buy it again. Not for men with larger wrists.

If you want an understated professional look this is the watch for you! My son wanted one that was not big and bulky, he likes a very small look so I got him this one!
I love this watch. The one word that would describe this watch is elegant. The band is nice quality and flexible, not stiff. I highly recommend this watch, you will not regret it.
The watch face itself is extremely attractive and I've gotten many compliments on it so far. Everything works great on it, it's easy to change the time and it seems to be solid and durable. The leather band feels a little lightweight though, maybe even flimsy...
Wanted an inexpensive quartz dress watch. I think I found it! Dial is simple but classy. Date window is too small and should be framed. Band is thin and comfortable. Overall I'm very happy. Great inexpensive dress watch.
I just received this about an hour ago. I was a little surprised at the size (bigger than I was expecting) but my 60 year old eyes actually appreciate the larger face. The blue and red hands against the white background make this really visible on a short glance.
This is probably the best watch I own so far! Really love the design, it’s so simple yet stunning. I like that it has no numbers or diamonds on the face but just simple dots and dashes, it’s more visually pleasing for me. The second hand is very useful too. So far, really satisfied with the purchase!
I like wearing watches: I have many... I Like this watch. It is good looking and easy to read. The watch is very light and almost feels cheap, but I like it on my wrist... the band is breaking in but it was very stiff out of the box... Time will tell but, in all for the money it seems like a decent watch... I do like wearing it.
I might not be the most sophisticated watch connoisseur, but this is great. It's thin and light, and it stays put on my arm (unlike my bigger, more heavy watches). Its minimalistic style makes it suited for wear with anything from jeans to a suit, and these watches have a reputation for quality. Many will assume the watch is significantly more expensive than it really is. Overall, this has been a purchase I have been overwhelmingly happy with.
Bought this watch for my father. He wanted something simple but sophisticated and preferred the hands to be well visible on the face. I think I found a very good one. The watch is well made and of a high quality. The blue and red hands are very distinct on the face, which is a great plus. I don’t really know what the lower part is supposed to do but I think my dad will figure it out lol. Highly recommend this one!!!
My GO-TO watch. I never used to wear watches due to the sweat and the watch grabbing the hair on my arms. When I decided to wear one, I wanted a thin, light compact non-metal watch. This fit the bill and decided to try it. WOW. I loved it. The dial is thin and not overbearing. The leather band feels good on my wrist. The description states that it is water resistant but not for showering or submersion and although I would trust this, I went to the jacuzzi and forgot to take this off. It was completely submerged for several minutes and it lived to keep telling time and still lives today. YES! Great daily watch.
